I'm not one to badly review places but this one got to me. Terrible service and ridiculous attitude from the front desk. Printouts came out wrong on colour with technical difficulty but kept blaming my PDFs, which printed fine on black and white. I work well with all the other branches but this particular one was a disappointment.

The first thing that you see when you walk in is a large poster showing a graphic design service that they offer. I designed my own business cards and the bleed was left on. A pink bleed so that it could be easily seen. And that is what I had seen on my business card when I collected them after being printed. Customer service goes above just collecting my money and pushing print on your screen. Extremely disappointed and won't be using your company for any further print work for our graphic design division of our business.

Received terrible service and bad attitude from Mr Matlala on Saturday, other than him not knowing his work. They refused to cut my labels, and their excuse was that it was almost their knock off time. I was told to cut my labels or leave, I decided to cut them myself while the other 2 ladies that works there watched me. I have been printing my labels at Jetline for 2years since I started my business, but Woodmead gave me the horrible service ever.
