Was realy looking forward to a great meal having come back to S.A from abroad but was so disappointed i ordered a medium rare rump steak but got it well done.. sent it back and got a weird piece sent back as Rump steak.Onion rings batter was raw inside.Chips were cold and soggy.I'm so disappointed .Would give this place a 0 and highly recommend nobody goes there.

Always a lovely time out, delightful coffee, all day breakfast and a chance to add fried banana as an extra - An awesome Saffer treat.Our waitress Sethe was so helpful and super friendly. Would recommend +1

We were greeted by friendly staff who suggested tgat we sat in comfortable chairs as my friend is elderly. My friend who uses hearing aids found it a little noisy.Service was not too bad. The cake that was ordered for my friend took a bit long to arrive. Food should have been brought altogether, but it was otherwise very good. Waiter was very helpful with getting in and out of the restaurant

We have been coming to Mugg and Bean for many years and Linda, our waiter is excellent and always makes us feel welcome. He knows our order and just how we like everything so can anticipate our every need! Best coffee in Durban! Mdu also looks after us well when Linda is not working.

Exceptional and friendly service from our waiter Azanda. The food was amazing and fresh. The bottomless lemonade was also amazing as usual. The atmosphere and ambiance was also great. La Lucia Mugg & Bean is really worth visiting.

Breakfast at Mugg & Bean once again did not disappoint. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Jackie the waitress was excellent and recommended a sour/something bread which turned out to be delicious. Jackie was excellent, friendly and eager to please. I just think the lighting needs to be a bit brighter.

Food was delicious. Calm atmosphere.Ordered a slice of cake which was too small, requested a bigger piece and i recieved it. It was crusty but i think it was on the side where it was exposed. The cake was okay, but i was not really satisfied. As much as they did try to give me another slice, i wasnt 100% happy with what we got. But the food was really really good, we enjoyed it so much.

Jackie has been our waitress on a number of occasions and the service she rendered to us was nothing less than exemplary. DShe is kind considerate, courteous and respectful towards her customers.I wish her everything.g of thr best in the future.
