A frequent user of this branch ..last experience being the worst .The cashier left my bag on the counter towards my side and it fell over ...and there were a few staff near me but NONE cared to help . The cashier did come to my aid thereafter ,a few of my items were damaged .

Have time to kill at the airport? Don't want to sit in one of the restaurants for a mere coffee? Then Woolworths is for you. You will share a table with others but it is great if you need a quick uncomplicated coffee before you catch your flight.

Super impressed with the customer service. I bought the wrong gift and instead wanted a dress for my wife! Nanto, Thandazile and Sanele were extremely helpful, professional, pleasant and helped me to exchange the item in no time. Will definitely come back to this woollies and shop again. Thank you guys, you made my experience a great one.

Brilliant shopping experience in a much needed environment, especially for us who work at the airport. Staff are always on point and super friendly. The range may seem limited compared to other stores, but for us it's okay...and quality and taste impeccable as always. Shout out to the KSIA Woolies Team, you guys rock.

My favourite store at King Shaka. You get everything you need here. A bit pricy but well worth it. Wish the hours were more flexible. The goods are always fresh and delicious. The staff are really helpful and kind. The cashiers, especially the one who I went to tonight all make you feel special, are humble, smiling, courteous and very helpful. I look forward to my visits to Woolworths at the airport whenever I am departing or arriving in Durban.

Frequent customer of this establishment. Highly disappointed in the new range of ready made sandwiches, aka bagels... These are terrible and please bring back the srirachies baguettes. Those were a clear winner.
