I have been waiting for fridge to be fixed for 6 months now. I have been given so many stories. From waiting for parts from Samsung that are imported. Quite frankly they haven't been able to fix my Samsung fridge. I don't believe they know what they are doing!Mohamed the owner of the business keeps saying he will phone me back but he doesn't bother.

Pinetown Appliance King.They promised the insurer(who then promised me the broker) that my client's computer would be dropped off on Monday. Enquired today(48 hours later) and got a hollow apology because apparent the technician mixed the computer up".My client is a medical professional and the computer is the main reception computer with extremely sensitive client and business information on it. Zero understanding of how huge this "mix up" was and pretty irritated with me being upset because of their "mix up"

Mohamed the owner of the company must learn about customer service. He make empty promises and then look for excuses instead of solutions.I will never want to use this company.
