***ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE***Wish I could give more stars!GoldWagen Hazyview is certainly a business which I can recommend. Brilliant service!Myself and my Fiancé was on holiday in Mpumulanga (from Gauteng), exploring the Panorama Route and surroundings, and unfortunately on the second day of our trip, we hit a rock with my Audi which made a massive hole in the oil sump. The vehicle was towed in to the nearest town, which was Hazyview.Late at night we realized that the sump was plastic, and cannot be repaired. Thus, we had to seek emergency accommodation for the evening, as we were stranded.Early the next morning, to my surprise, I found out on Google that Hazyview has a Goldwagen. As soon as it turned 08h00, I called Goldwagen. I spoke to Jacob Potgieter, explained my situation, and he immediately assisted to check if they have an oil sump in stock. And yes, they did. In this small town, where I have seen almost no Audi’s, they had one (and only one!). The happiness inside me could not be greater! I requested that Jacob put the part on hold, as I will be there in one hour.Upon arrival at Goldwagen Hazyview, Jacob immediately assisted me (with extreme friendliness, understanding, and professionalism). While waiting for the parts, I told him about the unfortunate incident we had, and that it was my birthday that day. In that time, while waiting for the parts, Jacob and his colleague (I do not know his name), handed me a small cooler bag with a cap and some goodies from Goldwagen, wishing me a happy birthday. This really was a nice touch, as it did not feel like my birthday up until that very moment.Jacob handed me the parts I needed, wished me happy birthday again, and wished us good luck with the repairs. He also assured us that if we require anything else, we should call him immediately and try to assist us to his absolute best.Goldwagen Hazyview – your staff is top notch. Your stock is superb, and the building is extremely neat (I can see there is a lot of proudness put into this shop). Jacob, you are a lifesaver! The way you handle customers is out of this world…one simply does not find someone like you in retail. Keep this up, you are going places!Johann van Staden
