Purchased coupons from wikideals and everything is explained on the coupons. It took a little longer than 30 days, but they did communicate via email of a possible delay. Other than that I am very happy with my prints and will be using their services again in the future.

Always received excellent service from this company, we've started buying from them this year and to date were never disappointed. Not sure why other reviews state they take long with their goods as I buy bulk canvases regularly and never wait longer than a week. Don't be fooled by the pricing as the quality of the prints are always on point.

Lovely idea of having a printing company so close to my business. Unfortunately what was ordered and discussed was not what was delivered. 2 sided flyers only printed 1 side, Post card gifts for a tourism event delivered 2 days late , printed on the incorrect card and the back completely skew. I cancelled my order for business cards after this and unfortunately won't return.

I purchased daddy deals vouchers over the December holidays.The lead time from the day they opened in January after holidays, was about 30 days, which was stipulated on the daddys deals voucher.I was updated with progress in a friendly manner, and received the goods yesterday.It was worth it.The quality of the prints are excellent and the quality of the canvas is fantastic.Thank you for the amazing product

I purchased a wikideal canvas deal last year 2017 and forgot about it, they were kind enough to honor the deal this year after contacting them in December 2017 and January then again now in July (1 star for honoring deal). The trouble started when i was promised the canvas would be done by a certain date, only to hear that it was not yet done. I was promised the canvas by 27/7/2018, i called and there was problem with the printer but courier would have it by me either the afternoon or Saturday. On Monday 30/7/2018 i called again and was told it is done and will be delivered with courier. I called back on Wednesday 1/8/2018 and was told there is a problem with the printer. Not once did I get a call from them informing of any delays or problems. That is very poor service. Every time i called, there is some sort of excuse. I really appreciated the fact that they honored my expired coupon, but service is what makes or breaks your business. I will not be using this service again.......I am still waiting for the canvas prints....Unhappy customer due to inconsistent feedback and lack of professionalism and service.

I was sceptical of the online deals after my bad experience with canvas 24 but Mojo printing blew my mind. Firstly they contacted me when they realise there were changes needed to be done. Secondly they promised my 5 prints will take 30 days but to my surprise they took two weeks. The service was awesome and I am so looking forward to send more. Mojo Printing keep it up , we need more people like you.

Poor communication and very long delay after purchasing a voucher from Hyperli. I know that they disclose that prints will be done 30 working days after receipt of order but I don't expect 30 to become 60 which is now the case. I sen emails and the best that they do is to send an auto-response. Why offer the discount vouchers if one cannot provide the service timely?

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I would NOT recommend using this business. Here's the sequence of events that unfolded:- They gave me a 30 day lead time for printing on some canvases.- I follow up after 30 days and they say they need 30 BUSINESS DAYS (6 weeks).- I follow up after another 2 weeks and they say that they had an issue with their canvas supplier and it was only going to be printed now.- I followed up a week later... They say that they will let me know when its ready.- It's been almost 10 weeks now, and I still haven't heard from them or gotten my prints.Terrible communication and terrible customer service.UPDATE on 16/08/2021: The owner has responded claiming Covid as the reason for the delays. While that's of course understandable, the poor communication and planning from their side is still bad. Regardless of supplier issues, it should should never take 10+ weeks to get 6 pictures printed on canvas, and its unacceptable to only inform a customer of this delay after 6 weeks of waiting time. I see they're also trying to blame the delays on me sending the incorrect print size, but they notified me about this at 1pm on a Friday and I responded by Sunday at 1pm. Stop making up silly excuses for your poor customer service and put your energy into improving it. I see tons of other reviews on here which indicate similar experiences, so there is a pattern of behaviour here.

BAD SERVICE. Placed and paid for order 18th Jan 2021, am then notified it'll take 30 working days for the order to be complete and ready for collection. 30 working days was 01 March 2021 - NO CALL, NO EMAIL TO ADVISE ME THAT THE ORDER ISNT READY. I CALL TO ASK, AM OFFERED NO APOLOGY JUST TOLD THAT MY ORDER WILL BE READY 'SOMETIME NEXT WEEK' BY NERA. I am okay with the 30 days- I read this on the Wiki deal. I am not okay with the lack of regard for a customer who has paid and is waiting for the order. Do better! At the least communicate delays!!!!UPDATE 08/03/2021:Once again I called to follow-up on my order, they are currently waiting on their canvas supplier before they can print my order - last week my order was in line to be printed next now its a different story...Sloppy sloppy service. I still do not have my order or an ETA on when it'll be ready for collection. There are too many other businesses offering this service to have to deal with this incompetency.In response to the owner's comment 26/07:Firstly, the fact that you are responding a whole year and a half after my review speaks volumes about how you run your business.Secondly, if all you got from my review was the supplier issue then I suggest you go for customer service training and reread to see exactly what my issue was. Wishing you the absolute best with your 3 star rating business.
