Worse courier service in the world!!!!My parcel landed in Cape Town for Cape Town 3 days ago. And now it just says scanned to trip every morning and nothing gets delivered. I could have walked to Joburg and back and it would have been faster.I've tried to contact them but of no avail.I don't recommend anybody use this company, they don't care about you or your parcel. They need to shut their doors because they offer no usable service here in South Africa.

shocking, shocking service! I've lost a client with their endless excuses to deliver a parcel to my house since last week and i get cut off on the phone each time that goes to voicemail. my hands are now tied waiting for them to deliver a R8000 item. 1 star is actually too much, don't ever use them

Just bad service. Drivers don't care about other road users.

The worst service ever!My package was collected on the 19/01/22 @ 08:30 scanned into the floor in Cape Town.On the 21/01/22 it is still on the floor at Cape Town.Phoning customer service, you can hear someone answer and then the line drops.Got to speak to someone, said they will follow up and phone back - no communication received. First they tried to blame our supplier saying they didn't release the stock. Phoned them again and the guy said he gave the query over to customer service. I told him that he said he will phone me back and the best customer service is to do as you say.It is now exactly 3 hours later and I've still not received any feedback.For reliable service I would not suggest RTT.

Bad delivery service with even worst customer support. Phoned twice only to be greeted with message service. Assume lines are too busy with customers complaining.

Bad customer service. No contact. Struggling to get someone to help.Cant get a consultant and waiting in my order. Past cut off time.

Parcel from CPT to JHB, was loaded to DBN. Had to phone 3 times before I could even speak to somebody.EXTREMELY POOR

I had a good experience with them. I purchased something from FirstShop. RTT was their courier service. FirstShop advised me that it would take between 2-4 working days for the item to arrive. I didn't receive a tracking number from FirstShop so I did have to call them for that. But afterwards, I was able to locate my package. I kept seeing that it is in transit so I called them, they picked up the telephone immediately. The lady I spoke to will find out from the courier guy what time he will be there. She called me back in less then 5 minutes to advised me what time he'll be there. Everything was handled very smooth

Driver said rejected by consignee" although we were waiting for them and they never turned up. Driver clearly just wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon. Telephone NEVER gets answered
