My son just completed his first course with IT Academy and now he cannot get a certificate!! Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible and getting the run around via email with no-one actually assisting! This is pathetic service ...he is definitely not doing any other courses with this institute and i will not be recommending to anyone.

I have phoned and sent numerous emails to find some kind of support with the course I am doing, but no luck, the videos are outdated (2013) this is 2022!! Every time I phone I get no help, they keep telling me someone from the correct department will phone me, received one email I was told to use for help, I've sent 4 emails over the past weeks, and no answer.
