I just had the worst experience with the store today, where I saw that treatment towards certain customers is not the same!!!!!!Its so sad to see that still in 2021 we still have to fight in order to be treated fairly ( or the same) in a store.I know my request might seem petty to some, but to me its not. I am not sure what the policy is when it comes to requesting some items you bought being sliced at the premises? There is no notice at all when you come in stating that items can't be sliced, but yet I saw some customers items being sliced in front of me expect mine.Surely it makes sense for ALL customers items to be sliced not a selected few, especially if you requested way in advance? I literally saw other customers items sliced and ready for collection, but yet I was told mine couldn't be sliced.Please work on your customer service, please treat ALL of your customers with the same respect. I strongly believe in a saying do unto others as you would have them do unto you!!!!

I just had a bad experience with Heinz meats whereby they refused to offer my 6 year old the toilet. She was sweating in front of a white lady who told me that, she is not allowed to do so. I am very much disappointed. The stuff is so friendly they are so well mannered but the Management is something else.

The staff is friendly and highly informative about their products...I went there to buy onky pork ribs and I ended up leaving with two plastic bags...thanks to the sales ladies as the prices are a bargain

The pictures posted on their websites are something very different when you walk into the butchery in Wilsonia. Not good experience at all and no customer service quality in place.
