If I could give this branch 1 less than 1 star, I certainly would!We were in the market for 2 Suzuki Swift GLX's and we found 1 swift sport which we were happy to take and needed a normal Swift Automatic as well. After meeting a salesman who I will describe as completely incompetent, dishonest and willing to say anything to get a sale, we agreed to purchasing both vehicles from them.Prices were agreed, colours were agreed and the automatic was going to be delivered the day after we had agreed on all numbers.We received no correspondence from the salesman as he was out all day until the updated quotes and finance applications came through at 17:40 on a Friday where we had discovered that the prices on both vehicles were increased because his managers didn't sign off what he had told us the prices would be and he went so far as to tell us that because no deposits were paid, they (The dealership) were considering cancelling the deal altogether. This was after not sending the bank details until 17:40 on a Friday evening. We were also informed at roughly the same time that the automatic was not delivered and would be delivered on Saturday.The deposits (Roughly 20% per vehicle were paid on Saturday morning) but we were told that as a dealership, they receive trucks with vehicles on a daily basis but they never know what vehicles are arriving (I have written evidence of this) which meant that they could not tell us when the car would be delivered.The sport was collected in good order but we had to unfortunately, see the salesman once more and listen to more lies.2 days went by and we started asking questions about the car only to be told how frustrated and stressed the poor salesman is by this deal as he is also waiting for answers from his manager. We were told that we couldn't speak with his manager as this would complicate the deal further somehow???? All we wanted were answers.A call was then received to say that they were not sure if the car would ever come due to its scarcity and they wanted to offer a lower spec in a car they most likely can't get rid of even though the car was a bit bigger. We would have most likely done the deal elsewhere had we known that we would have been in for such a dishonest ride with a n extremely incompetent, attitude filled salesman who is terrible at his job.We really hope that this can be concluded so we do not have to deal with this salesman for as long as cars exist. Unfortunately, the experience taints the name of the group as the experience is managed by them and it is unlikely we will do business with the group either.

Service department is shocking. I booked my partners car in and told them what part needed replacing. When I arrived they had no parts available so I made another booking. When I brought the car in a second time they still did not have the part available. The level of inconvenience caused by this shocking service is ridiculous.

Just took one of their rental deals.Salesman, Herman although youthful, was an example of professionalism. Signing contract with him and Sales Manager Elise was an absolute breeze. Id recommend them both to anyone at 100%

First time visiting this Penta but compared to others in the group this one is by far memorable. Alive vibe and sales people are very present and welcoming. Yolanda's service is outstanding and will highly recommend visiting her next time you are in the market to buy a new Suzuki. They were making some social media content and it was great to see. They can get very busy at times and there aren't many parking spots available.

Stay away. I've never experienced such disregard for customer service before.After purchasing a vehicle from Leroy on 23 February 2023, I continually had to follow up on when the number plates would be ready.Eventually had to phone the DP because of non-response...after which same Leroy finally phoned me back and instead of apologizing rather chose to attack me for contacting the DP.Turned out that Penta missed some form of deadline; and the vehicle had to be taken for inspection - took us more than 2 hours spend at Penta for this inspection to take place.The wait for the number plates continued with me still having to follow up with frequently - then finally one day I received half-a-photo of a license application form together with a voice note simply stating Something is owing under your name". Just that.Which means I had to go find out what is the matter - AND realizing that nothing is owed.Following up AGAIN with Leroy

This branch has poor service.Was told to come fetch my car but waited more than 2 hours on arrival. I was told the number plate would arrive 2-3 weeks later, and that was in December. One my temp license plate" we went into the branch again about this and were told excuses and then told that they would contact me and come mount the plate themselves. It has been 2 months since there has been no sign from them what so ever! I called them and I got the impression that they had completely forgotten. They then told me that before I get a number plate the car has to go for roadworthy tests

Worst aftersales service ever!! I The 90 000km service I paid R13000 for I had to redo. Nothing was done properly. Definitely an Appy serviced my car. He had to be deaf and dumb also. I am a nor a qualified mechanic but I myself could have done a better job!!!
