Very poor customer service, been waiting yet another month for a reply regarding a replacement strap for my Garmin watch - just a simple yes/no answer if it can be replaced.Would not recommend them.

They have good products at affordable prices. We bought 2 bambarys but when we opened the 1 box all the components were not in the box and we couldn't find the slip. we took it back and they immediately gave us a new one without any issues ...
