To be honest I was thinking of buying from this company but the one star reviews have changed my mind. I don't need the stress of my poor after sales sevice. They maybe good i dont know but the one star reviews concern me. Buy cheap buy twice

Had a great experience buying our new front door & fittings. They also recommended an excellent carpenter who stained and fit it. No problems.

I have to say I am very disappointing with customer service here. The owner is so rude and has no idea how to run a business and treat his customers. We bought from him and we went to pick the door up. The owner told me to pack the door up myself. I currently have horrible shoulders so this was something I was struggling to do and I also had to wrap it up. I asked another male assistant from the store to help me pick it up and the owner came over and said I told you to pick it up yourself!". I am horrified as I am a paying customer you should of helped me. Don't buy from this horrible place. They couldn't even come out and check the measurements."

Lovely customer service and great honest advice! Definitely will recommend to all family and friends as they have such a good range here that’s very affordable. So it’s great value for money and really top sevice .. can’t get better than that ,10/10!!

Zero customer service skills.... might as well not exist to these people. Unsure how any genuine reviewer could suggest staff here are friendly and helpful - couldn't be further off the mark! Go somewhere else.

Purchased a door for $1250 & then had to pay extra for fittings. Got it home & when I had got it home & unwrapped it, noticed that there was splintering wood on the door which couldn't have been damaged by me at all transporting it home. I decided there's no way I'm going to pay that much money for a damaged door I was expecting to be faultless at that price. Took it back the next day at 2:30 pm, only to find out they close at 2 pm on Saturday's. On Monday took it back saying it was damaged goods. They wanted to give me credit & I wanted a refund. They wouldn't give me my money back & wanted to charge me 15% of the cost for returning damaged goods??? That's the way I received it. I went to Consumer protection & was told to talk with the Store Manager. I did as instructed & am being abused by him & he's telling me to ring them back & say everything's alright. Serious???Give these people a big miss & STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. SO RUDE & HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.......

These guys are the best. Great range, great stock levels, friendly and helpful. Even if it's a trip, well worth the journey.

Saw a listing for 1sqm of Jarah solid floring for $35/sqm on Gumtree. Got up sold the $55/sqm stuff and had to buy 1.19sqm of it. No issues with 2 timber doors I previously purchased from them.
