Absolutely the best medical services around. The General Practitioners are always spot on with diagnosis and treatment. The Dentist is also well rounded. The Optometrist is just as competent. One receives a full and comprehensive experience which rivals tbe likes of Life and Netcare Hospitals.

Please educate your receptionist to treat people equally. Special (THE ELDERLY PEOPLE.) The attitude towards the patient, the standard is very low.

My family Doctor for 20yrs now.

The customer service from the reception side it at its lowest standard.There is one lady with a really bad attitude and it happened to be on the day where the electricity was out and I took out my medical aid card to be assisted where she asks for my file number,to which I reply,I dont know it,nobody knows their file number,I wasnt even aware we have a file number.Then she continues to tell me that the Dr wont assist me without a file number with attitude,then my response is how am I supposed to locate a file number,because I dont even work there or know that I had been allocated a specific number.Lady loses it and starts shouting and I advise her that she is not assisting me appropriately,she threatens to slap me because I replied to a few of her rude and snide comments.Then she continues to tell me she will ensure that I never get assisted at the practice again and I advise her that this kind of behavior could result in her losing her job.She smirks and tells me she has marked me and she will make sure I never come there again.To which I did not reply,opted to see the Dr(brilliant service,thorough check up) and I left without a word.I will not put my foot there anymore and I will also advise everyone I know not to go there...being ill and being treated badly before seeing a doctor,worst experience ever!!

The doctor is so rude. She’s not respective.
