Come enjoy furniture shopping on ok kagiso mall

We bought a laptop and it took more than 3 days to get our credit request approved. The saleswoman (?) kept a poor line of communication regarding developments, we continuously had to call her even though she said she would call. We didn't even get the laptop we initially were meant to buy because, despite telling her we were going to come back the next day, we were told they are out of stock. We were not told that they were few left. This is just embarrassing for these to be happening in this day and age when things are done in a matter of hours. It was especially urgent as my laptop was damaged beyond repair and had to work as soon as possible. Extremely poor service delivery from OK Furniture.

I purchased a washing machine that comes with a FREE Ariel voucher valid at R450. It has been weeks since I have been calling the store. No one seems to care. I vow to never step foot in this store again.
