Service was excellent place was clean but quality of food bad, I bought large fish was size of a medium chips was not yet even a handful. For price you pay for a large portion I would have thought I would get more.

I ordered 2 Crunchy Hake Strips Box and only one was delivered to me, I called to find out what happened and if they can deliver the other one unfortunately for me, they couldn't because the driver already left so I had to go fetch my order, I received my order only to find out the cool drink is not there, I'm not going back again for the drink they can keep it. The poor service I received today was incredibly bad.

I ordered via UberEats this evening from your branch in Southernwood, East London.Platter for one.This was the worst meal I've ever had from your franchise.The food was oily, over cooked and the portion was tiny. 3 small strips of calamari, tough and tasteless.Baby prawns, tough, overcooked and bitter.The hake was dry and tasted bitter.The chips were stale and the onion rings soggy.The one tartar sauce is off as it was fermenting!This WAS HORRIBLE! The food was thrown away.
