This is especially for Dr Opperman, every time I see you for a consultation, you get straight to the point which I like and you always stay professional and get the job done. Just want to say thank you.

Dr Lize Meyer conducted herself extremely unprofessionally with me , everytime I dealt with her , I had given her respect and the benefit of the doubt seeing that she was the only doctor not fully booked, only to be spoken to with disregard and disrespect , our consultations are always open ended without diagnosis and rushed to a five minute interaction, she didn't help the continued issues i had been experiencing, i went to another doctor eventually who finally gave me the correct diagnosis, she did a papsmear for me and it was literally the most uncomfortable experience iv ever had, it shouldn't have been that painful and socially uncomfortable. She did not have any understanding for the critical the circumstances I was in at the time that i had to change doctors.I didn't realize how painless a papsmear should be when I went to a better doctor.I wouldn't go to intercare woodhill again and I suggest Noone else should either. They employ inexperienced doctors that waste your time and money! The biased approach to their doctors bad behavior and lack of accountability by the Manager is testament to how badly this institution is being run.

People pick up and pretend not to hear what you are saying until when you give up. That means if you are very I’ll you can even die without being helped.

I needed a script for medication that I do not use very often.I used the Scripts email provided by the Doctors reception.Did not even receive a reply to acknowledge receipt.Followed up with a phone call and they confirmed they have received it and will action my request.After no response I send another email to scrips. Yet again no acknowledgement.Pathetic service.

Absolutley disgusted with the quality of service we recieved on Saturday!!! We took my 3 and a half month old baby in as he had a temperature of 38.6 and could clearly tell he was not himself...We walked in at 14:45 as they were closing at 15:00... Once we got to the counter and asked to please see a doctor, we were turned away, as the lady said they could not help due to it being 14:50 and they were closing in 10 minutes and it would take to long to open a new file as my son was a 1st time patient.No one goes to see the doctor for the fun of it!! I would never recommend Intercare Parkview to anyone.

The online booking system is just regressing. A few years ago it was so easy to book online. Now its so user-unfriendly and it keeps timing out.
