After phoning 6 different KTM outlets in the country and everyone had a different excuse why they won’t be able to get me a replacement speedo for my 1190 before Christmas, using the holidays and COVID as a excuse, which I understand has caused and created limitations and obstacles. Alan was very helpful and thorough, kept me up to speed and when there was a small delay due to shipping kept me up update all the way, even Alfie called me personally to explain. Alan even drove to the PMB courier hub himself to drop the speedo off to make sure it makes it in time, what a legend.Even though I’m in Cape Town I would rather deal with them. Best service i have received from a KTM dealer in the past 10 years.
