Extremely poor customer service. Little to no communication with their customer. We paid a deposit for paving. 2 months later we still had no paving and Master Sand and Stone was unable to commit to a date and time for work to commence - we then requested to cancel their service. 5 months later and we are still waiting for our refund despite numerous texts, emails and calls to Master Sand and Stone. They have stated that the payment for the refund is in progress, twice, in writing - but we have still not been refunded.Empty promises, no committment and no regard for customer service.Save yourself the headache and stay away.

Very bad service paid for paving in October 2019. Nothing has been delivered to date, they refusing to pay back our refund, have to fight through lawyers to get our R20 000 that was paid. Really horrible company, broad day light robbers!!

These Guys are scammers.Stay away!They owe my company R17k for supply and fitment of Garage Doors.Already received their payment from the client.And then blaming the client for non payment.Then all of a sudden they paid the wrong supllier.They make constant excuses and dont even try to assist with any resolve to actually pay you .Dont ever contact or deal with Corrie or CathyThey operate our of Centurion.171/172 Lenchen Avenue.Hoewes.They also work underIzinto Paving or CK Dynamics

0 rating from me. I called just to get a quotation and the Admin lady was so rude i couldn't even continue with the call. Twice she hanged up on me as i couldn't hear her, she was at a very noisy place. When i called again and asked her if she hanged up on me and she said what does it matter, really? Very impatient with clients. If the admin lady, continues like this, business will certainly go down slowly but surely as she is the first point of contact. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO LIKES TO WORK WITH PROFESSIONALS, YOU WILL NOT GET IT HERE.

I did my homework and calculations before I ordered pavers for my paving project, not my first. They Delivered as late as possible on the last day before closing for December. Pavers are different size to what I ordered. And one set of pavers was lower in height. I had a really difficult time getting hold of these people telephonically over the past few days . Didn't answer their phones, and did not respond to my voicemail. I drove to the yard a few times to facilitate the whole process, it didn't help much. I'm not a happy client and will not use them for future projects.
