The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to assist in anyway possible. The rooms & aesthetic are unbelievably beautiful. The food is either a hit or a miss, for me unfortunately it was a miss, my mom enjoyed it though, each to their own. The food however is really beautifully presented and well portioned. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!!P.S. I would like to emphasise how PHENOMENAL the entire staff is, a huge thank you to them <3.

Disappointing experience. We booked as a group of 4 but when we arrived there were not enough therapists available so one person was left to wait alone for an hour until a therapist became available. This resulted in the rest of the party finishing early and the final person having to change their scheduled treatments due to lack of time. Extremely disappointing and badly managed.

Had an amazing experience celebrating with my loved one. From check-in to check-out, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Even though it was only a short visit to get away from our busy lives as a young couple trying to find our way, we were treated with respect and kindness. It's truly a gem worth visiting whenever the chance arises.

We stayed there for 2 nights for our anniversary. The rooms were wonderful the food was amazing, the calamari and creme Brule was next level wow!The spa was lovely, disappointed that the indoor pool was very cold. Was hoping for a heated pool.The staff was so friendly and helpful and they made our stay so nice!The only complaint that we have and wish the management/owner will attend to this asap. There was another guest who was beyond drunk, loud, rude and even sent the waiter running into the kitchen crying because he offered her R1000 to show them her private parts. Apparently he is a regular.That spoiled our romantic dinner. I feel guests like that should not be allowed to return as they spoil the atmosphere for other guests.Besides for that, thank you Featherhill for a lovely break away. You are wonderful and it was totally worth it!

A well appointed Hotel and Spa, Modern, well manicured gardens , clean the staff are professional, food excellent top notch. Rooms AC modern, flat screens, Pool, ladies bar well worth staying if you want to get away or passing through or just in the area. Recommended lovely.

I visited the Spa a few times this year and the treatments are really lovely and what a beautiful spa it is but when doing pedicures the staff keeps joining in on conversation that has nothing to do with them. The last time my husband and I went for a pedicure the therapist took over the whole show with a topic that made us both feel really uncomfortable. We wanted to leave. For such a professional environment we didn't expect this type of conversation and we felt really offended that the therapist took over our 1 year anniversary of being married. You go to a spa to connect and spend quality time with loved ones not to listen to strangers talk about inappropriate experiences. Really hope this issue gets some attention as I am planning to go again soon.

We went for a 60min full body massage with an add-on exfoliation which is another 15min extra. Our appointment was for 16h00. We got there on time. Filled in a form and then was taken to the dressing room to get changed. The massage started at around 16h05. Which means it only should have ended 17h20. Our massage ended at 16h55. 20min earlier than it should have ended. For the price you pay, I am really disappointed and would not go back again. The message itself was also just average. It feels more like they are just rubbing in the oil instead of massaging.

This place is beautiful however our experience was dissapointing. We had a work year-end function (booked the boardroom) and our waiter was a guy named Karabo. All I can say is the guy made us uncomfortable the whole time, he kept asking us if we are going to pay for our breakfast even though we mentioned the company had a tab.
