Supreme Auto

We got a break down and it was me, my wife and a 2 years baby boy, going to visit our parents 400Km away from our location. We called Ford Supreme Auto Mafikeng and they responded very quick like a lightning after contacting our insurance company and they didn't answer. Ford sent a tow truck and they communicated all the way to check if we are still safe, the truck arrived and we headed to Ford Supreme Auto Mafikeng... When we got there the Service was on the other level, they help us to remove our luggage while my wife and kids were pampered with Italian coffee (Cappuccino) and sweets. We gave them our story and they listened to us, the manager and the stuff were too friendly and understanding that we are all Ford families therefore they gave us a courtesy car to proceed with our journey for my son to see his grany and cousins. To my surprise it too them 1 day to update me and diagnose the car and I was receiving sms everyday to update me about my car until the last day, that was too professional. When the parts was ordered I received SMS, when the parts was delivered, I received SMS, when it was fitted, I received SMS and when it was at the wash bay, I received SMS, they updated me with everything. They even gave me a Technician to answer all my questions about technical part of my car and the answers were legit and scientific.Overall, Ford Supreme Mafikeng is exquisite when coming to customer Service.( Extremely Exceptional)

My first time servicing at Mahikeng, the reception was good. Enjoyed free coffee and water.But other vehicles that came after mine were serviced before mine, car washed only outside, inside was not cleaned.The service advisor asked the details of my car many times but still the jobcard and receipt came with the information of the car that I do not know.I had to check the service book and go back to ask for a stamp.I do not have any complain with the work quality done on the car.

This is one of the two motor dealers which remained in Mafikeng after 1994 and never relocated. They stood the test of time. It has very friendly staff at the service department who always welcome clients and make them feel ok.

The service I received from Ford Mafikeng was excellent, the staff have good customer service skills. More importantly is that you are being informed in time about every step to be taken in your car. Special thanks to Ms Jacomina Wright she made sure I leave the dealer shop smiling with her excellent service.

After dropping off my vehicle, I received an SMS that indicated that some lady would keep me updated on my vehicle. That was the last SMS I received.I then called around 16:30, because I was realizing that they are about to close. The lady referred to above only indicated to me that the vehicle was ready at that time and she was about to leave and she will leave my car keys with the security guard.I was puzzled by that statement, I even ask her, who will be responsible if it happens that the security take my car and it gets involved in an accident. She then said, he is trustworthy security. Bearing in mind that, Supreme Auto Mafikeng have a notice that indicates that you have brought your vehicle at your own risk.On the arrival, my car keys were nowhere to be found. I was with the other lady who had brought her vehicle as well, both our keys were not found. The lady knocked off, put the keys where only her knows. Luckily there were fellow colleagues of hers who were still there and they started looking for the keys.Keys were found later around almost ~18:30. So for the record, my service experience was not easy, I cannot trust the team and will not recommend Supreme Auto Mafikeng to anyone.In actual fact, that was the last time I took my car to Supreme Auto Mafikeng.
