Hi,Very pathetic service on more than three different occasions.The agents are extremely rude. Only a lady named Natasha was very helpful.The rest that i dealt with were just bad.In this day and age, customer service should be 5 star, especially when dealing with businesses, this is below one star.Please change your agents.12-9-2022 - once again poor service.

Absolutely useless!! They made me jump through hoops to get my parcel from overseas and then made me repeat the processes again. Total waste of a morning.Their international import duty system tells you to give them your bank account number AND YOUR ACCOUNT PIN NUMBER!!!!!!!!Even my bank never asks me for my account pin number.Fedex, you are very bad. Zero stars for you.

Very valuable documents received in time, but communication with FedEx is not good . Please dedicate someone alive you can speak to and not an automated virtual response. Took me very very long to find someone to speak to.

Extremely aggressive and reckless drivers. Saw 4 close calls with one driver in a 1km stretch. Would not recommend as they are a danger to the public

Amazing service, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The lady behind the count has helped me out with delay issues I've been having on an international import. When my package arrived There was no hassle when i went to the depot and asked if i could collect from them and cancel the location i put down that i was collecting from. This was my first time using FEDEX and ill will definitely be using them again in the future.

This company is problematic. The online quotes filled are not the price being charged so be careful. You will full a quote for R800 to ship they charge you more than double when they invoice. If you need support regarding over charging they tell you the accounts centre is in India. They take forever to pick up and you have to call them many times. Rather use postnet and dhl. Very disappointing.

Useless customer service. Got charged R800 VAT and Clearance for a product value of R900. Tried calling and emailing them. No one can help you, they transfer you to other people until you get tired. That is if you can find a contact number.

Efficient lady who helped me out on the phone including the one who helped me in person. That guy who scanned the car disc and license. It's like they all understood I was catching a flight which dependent on what FedEx station had.
