Sales team barely responded to basic information and part description on WhatsApp took about a week for Paul the salesman to tell me he doesn’t have basic parts . No apologies nothing . Go to alert engine parts rather , they are friendly and will actually provide you with information

If you want good friendly service just pop in there. These people will walk the extra mile to help. Just amazing that there are still people in this world like these people. We have purchased parts 3 times now from Mini & French, not only have they been the only place able to assist us with the parts we've battled to source elsewhere but salesman JJ is immensely helpful and quick to respond to queries and requests for assistance.Added to this, they are reliable as we utilised a courier each time and have not had to worry about our order going missing.Highly recommend them.

This company is being run by thieves. I ordered a part in March, they gave me a wrong one which I had to send it back from there I have been sent from one person to the other, every other week you speak to a new salesman the one you spoke to resigned... You are just thieves. They don't want to refund me

Citi and mini is a group of thugs and crooks. We went there for a slave cylinder but they repeatedly given us the wrong part and deny to refund us. Now they wanted to give us second hand part with the same price as the new one. I will not recommend anyone to these thugs.You were not supposed to threaten and chase us out.

I have been buying parts from mini these guys for a couple of years now and have to say I have never received anything close to the level of service I get from them now. Since Banned started to work there the its has been a different experience when looking or phoning for parts, always helpfull always friendly and he always get back to you with whatever you asked well done Hannes, keep up the good work, and well done management for making the changes from someone that works in the service industry, I am impressed
