do not ever use this company, absolute nightmare to get my container and a whole lot of money for things that were paid for. took out insurance but cannot claim as i don't believe that they insured anything.have filed a case of fraud against them...

Recently used BOS Logistics boxes and my car were delivered in good condition. I will use them again.

Shane and Taryn and their counterparts in the UK could not have been more responsive or helpful. The process was extremely easy and fairly priced, my luggage all arrived on time and VERY securely wrapped, and they updated me every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone emigrating or shipping from SA

I'm still waiting for my refund over a sentimental box that was misplaced by BOS Logistics and a copy of my insurance paperwork. Its been months. Communication was great in the beginning but they are difficult to reach once they've collected the items. Shane has not responded to my last email after telling me he would look into it on the 1st of June.

This company is pathetic. After getting paid they ghost you and block you. Phones don't get answered and emails don't get replied to. Tracking registration does not work. They collected our furniture in February and up to now we don't know where our furniture is if ever we will get it.

Professional service from start to finish. I did not once have to worry about my possessions. I was kept informed and updated at every step and my possessions were delivered to my new address even sooner than expected. BOS Logistics are highly recommended if you want to relocate or move. Their prices are very competitive and their service is top notch.

The service was great. My stuff was moved from Cape Town to Durban within a week. The packing team was also professional and efficient. Brought their own wrapping stuff and went up and down the stairs with zero complaints.They can work on better communication of delivery times but every else 100%

I recently relocated from South Africa to Germany. In the process, I only decided a matter of days before leaving that I wanted to take several boxes of goods with me. In a mildly panic-ed state, I spoke to another friend who was also moving to Europe. She suggested BOS. I sent a request and within hours I got a helpful and friendly response. BOS navigated the chaos I created and were able to arrange collection in a matter of days and then took over the process from there. From Ciara who started the process, to the guys who arrived to collect the goods and then the constant feedback from the likes of Shane as the goods moved across the world - everything was professionally done in a friendly manner. To top it all off - they were also incredibly reasonably priced. I would strongly recommend BOS Logistics if you need to move your goods.

We used BOS to help us with the move from Cape Town to the Netherlands. Communication in the beginning was excelent. Just want to mention we only shipped 7 boxes, no other big household items, only the boxes with personal effects. The delivery was a bit later than expected (1 month) but overall we are happy becuase we received all our belongings. Shane also followed up after we received the boxes to make sure that delivery went smooth. Thank you again, we are very happy and lucky that we received everything so quickly.

What an excellent service experience I encountered with Bos Logistics. From the point of first contact with the efficient Taryn Robertson to the actual move from one residence to another, faultlessly conducted by operational staff John, Justin, Msila and Sikilela.This company needs all the accolades it so rightly deserve for service excellence and customer care.Then to crown it all their leader Shane O'Boyle, when advised by his staff that the load volume is larger than the original value quoted, decides to waive additional costs.Well done Bos Logistics; in a world where the customer is no longer considered king and customer service has become extinct, you rock.
