Awesome!!A couple years ago my husband bought a ‘fancy’ orange squeezer (as some husbands do) which recently failed.I was in the shop yesterday, saw that one was in stock and went to ask where I could order a replacement component. Next thing I knew the invoice had been located on their system, then the supplier was contacted and I was told to bring the broken gadget in and swop it for the one in stock.Now that’s what I call going above & beyond!
