Best carwash in Alberton, did everything that was asked and more. No need to redo anything as everything was perfect at collection time.

Don't do it to yourself. Even when it is the last car wash open at that moment just give this one a pass. They are very sly in that they use a white lady as a front for the real owners. That in itself should tell you what sort of operation they're running. I left a watch in the glove compartment before the wash and when I checked after the wash it was gone and no one knew where it went.

Good experience at Baywash Carwash. Opted for the R80 wash and vacuum and they did a great job inside and outside, it proved great value. Even washed some rubber carpets in the boot of the car.Conveniently located next to the mall to get some things done while you wait.

I spent a total of R170 for a full house and wax treatment. My vehicle still had dirty marks on and the front bumpers roadkill wasn’t washed off perfectly. When i got home i cleaned the mags myself as it was also still dirty. The drivers window and the passenger windows were still dirty and we did not wind the windows down after the wash. Not worth the money I paid

First they wanted to charge my girlfriend extra because they categorize a ford eco boost the same as a high rise bakkie when clearly a standard sedan is larger. Upon inspection after the wash we noticed obvious missed spots the manager agreed then after the second inspection noticed that they missed the spots we pointed out and did not even bother cleaning the roof.Not happy won’t be returning. The lil car wash at my garage does a far better job and they only R90

I had exceptional service, the quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. Other places I have had valets done often miss/skip-over the harder or more obscure parts of the interior. It was wonderful to get great service and quality results without having to ask.

Pathetic is all I can say! I’d rather drive the few extra Km’s and go to rietvlei car wash.

This is by far the worse car wash ever really disorganized no managers on site literally parked the car and left straight after you can keep our money but will definitely not see us again

Car was cleaned nicely, however, they scratched my dash and pressure washed my engine when specifically asked not to. Will not return.

I read other reviews to see if I was the first one to experience theft at the car wash and it turns out i'm not the first. My cellphone charger was stolen from my car and when I raised the issue with the person in charge they basically ignored me and asked the lady who was cleaning the inside of my car if she saw it, she said no, then they just ignored me again and attended to other customers.I asked how are they going to resolve the matter as my charger is still missing, they said they will need to call the manager to get the password for cameras, then they ignored me again, I asked when are they gong to call the manager, they then called the manager and the manager refused to give the password, said he will call me back when he gets there.I'm not holding my breath. Clearly there is an issue of theft at this car wash and it is not being addressed. I must say the lady in charge was very rude and dismissive. Never washing my car there again.
