Nuudo Luxury Express Spa

After reading all these amazing reviews I'm wondering if I just got unlucky?Firstly, I had a 5-star worthy luxury pedi with a hot stone massage. I love that you get a free drink with every treatment. I floated out of there withmy happy feet and gel nails and if you asked me to review it then it would have been 5 stars.However, it's been a week and my nails are looking so shoddy. I was hoping they'd last till Christmas but now I highly doubt it. I'm also still reeling at the cost (nearly R300) for just a normal mani, whereas I've paid R180 for a better set closer to town. I'm wondering if the gel polish used was old? It feels clumpy and rough and has cracked in places already, after just a week! The most labour intensive thing I've done is wash a few dishes too.

My experience at Nuudospa was absolutely incredible. Sharon is such a talented nail tech. The service at Nuudospa is also very luxurious and peaceful. Best place to not only treat yourself, but to treat your mother for mother’s day, your husband for your anniversary or your bridesmaids for your bridal shower. The foot massages, champagne and amazing service makes this place my absolute favorite spa in the world. ❤️❤️❤️

The best mani & pedi I've ever had! My nails are perfection.Whenever I go to othe spas/salons, I always have to shape my nails afterwards. At Nuudo, you get the best - the nail specialists are so detail-oriented. I don't need to fix the shape afterwards AND I can see that my nails will last because they have been sealed perfectly.Sharon was so gentle on my cuticles - other spas definitely don't take as much pride in their work as the ladies at Nuudo.Well done!!

Me and my daughter waited 15 min for our treatment and when I asked the lady when we are starting she cleary did not understand me. After calling someone else to ask, there was a miscommunication as they thought we were waiting for another person. After that the lady that helped me, was extremely unfriendly and rude. I was the one apologising- where she should actually have checked whether there was another person. She should have communicated with me. No drinks we offered.For a “relaxing” treatment this was anything but.I have been there before and was super impressed with great service & lovely staff.But this time a certain employee spoilt it for me.Hope management can keep an eye on their staff because something like this gives your establishment a very bad reputation

It is always a pleasure going to Nuudo. From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly and attentive. I have done my nails with Rachel twice now and every time I do its a lovely experience. Will certainly be back and requesting her!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I had a deep cleansing facial which has left my skin feeling amazing and I’ll definitely visit monthly because of the amazing results!
