Visited the store recently took 20min for a consultant to acknowledge and help me. There were 2 customers in store. Great stock but customer service needs work.

Great selection of tiles but it does not help to have a great selection when you can hardly find a sales person or are ignored when walking into the branch.I was there 3 times this week and on each occasion the client service was not great.Today, we found the tile we wanted but no sales associate to assist.When we asked for help, we were told someone will assist us soon, which never happend.We left and bought tiles and mosaics at Kales instead.

Was in the store on Sunday (10/04/2022). Had been in contact with Carol for about two weeks after getting a quote done earlier in the year from Tile Africa. Carol went above and beyond making sure to keep us in the loop on what was in-stock and what was not. And the advice given by her, you do not hear from other places in the industry. We where in a hurry, as we had a another appointment to be at, Carol was so efficient and calm when we where not. She did not handle us as if we where just another client, another sale to be made, but actually people. My definite go to from now on. We will definitely be telling everyone that is building in the estate that going to Tile Africa Paarden Eiland is worth the 3 hour drive. Thank you Carol all the assistance. You are truly an asset to the company.

The bad rating is not about there products. Its the service I experienced thr last time I visited the store. So I happen to be the last client after confirm my order, Sales lady says the guys will assist in loading the tiles. When these guys came through they rushed me in a very disrespectful way saying it's knock off time and they want to leave. Infact they cared more about leaving then making sure my tiles reach safe. I was disappointed because I have been a customer of Tile Africa for years.

Tile Africa has such a great range of tiles, you are able to find many options at various price points. Celeste, the Design advisor was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, she made the experience of choosing the right tile considerably easier.I would recommend Tile Africa to anyone that is looking at retiling or building from scratch. They have competitive prices and if you are lucky you will be able to find a great tile at a discounted price.

The display is better than the other branch at Kenilworth. But service is lacking
