Very impolite, rude and inconsiderate over the phone, treated my call like an inconvenience. I wont bother going to this branch if they treat customers like this over the phone.

The service here is mostly good and it's cool that they are willing to come out to the car and help with small things.Product range is a bit limited and it would be nice if they had a wider accessories stock.Sometimes pricing isn't clearly visible but there is always someone on hand to help with questions.The entrance and exit doors are very 1980s though, and that could certainly be improved.

Great Midas store for all your motor vehicle needs and more. The sales team are awesome and extremely helpful. They stock F1 Petronas Syntium oils at a great price. Keep it up guys. Got a nice Engen Petronas Extreme Competition at the store.

Shocking behaviour from the manager. If you expect the store to open at the advertised opening time, 8am, expect to be disappointed. I had an appointment on a busy Saturday morning and needed parts for my vehicle to take with me. As Saturdays are busy, I did not want to be late. I was at Midas 5mins earlier than opening time. Myself and two other customers waited... at 8:10 the manager arrived and did not even acknowledge us! I complained and told the manager that I was upset and would be writing a bad public review. His response? Go ahead!" This branch of Midas takes its customers for granted! Does not need its customers and does not care. No return for me! The staff are great but the manager

Bought fibreglass and resin.. While there asked about an air filter with 49mm diameter connection to carburettor. Showed pictures. Salesman advised to bring in the old filter which I did. With the enthusiasm of nil he said no, they don't have. He could have saved me the time of going home, removing airfilter, and coming back by telling me upfront he wasn't going to waste time searching. Caveat... He looked in the GUD book UNDER OIL filters to find the air filter.
