Terrible service and unlike the general great attitude of Mr. Price Home stores in other locations. Larger items are not priced on the floor. After confirming the price and being re-assured it is correct with discount, I was surprised to hear the cashier scream ''Authorization'' only to mark up the item back to its original price even though the system scanned the lower price! I tried to explain but was shrugged off being told ''There is no promo on the system and I must pay the price on the packaged box''. I simply left the trolley at the cashier and walked away immediately. Customer service is key, respect your customers, honor your pricing and success will be inevitable. Do not waste your time at this branch.

What a terrible experience here today staff have now idea how to treat people the cashiers was rude and obnoxious when insisting I purchase a bag for my light !!!!! How do people stay in business

Worst experience in a retail store ever!!! The barcode scanner in the store wasn't working for a gift registry. I was told that I should take pictures of barcodes around the store and they would assist thereafter at the counter. A staff member who is either new or slow to pick up processes was assisting with the rest of the staff standing around and watching as we, the customer had to direct the lady through everything. When asked why the customers have to assist the lady instead of the staff, they decide to walk away or act really busy trying to cash up. If I'm not mistaken the rude reply came the manager herself saying but the lady didn't ask for assistance and she's oh so busy! Are staff not trained to assist when they need to?!

I believe one will always find all the merchandise required in this store.

Horrible slow. 2 people on tills. Manager is just standing there doing nothing. Then to no surprise the system goes offline. HORRIBLE

Instore exchange process is painful. Waited long for the supervisor to sign/authorise.

The worst Mr Price Home store!! Zero customer service! No baskets or trolleys, are customers expected to carry items by hand…appalling service and I will certainly not be returning! Invest in some trolleys and trained staff!! You don’t even deserve my one star!

Terrible store. No customer service whatsoever. We’ve been waiting a week for goods to be delivered by their shoddy delivery service. We bought some items on Monday 17 October and they were supposed to deliver on the Wednesday. We sat at home and waited. Then on Friday I called again and after being passed around in the phone and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the phone I was told on Monday. Nobody called to let us know. Yesterday was Monday and they never came because it was dewali. They were on holiday so no work. Today is Tuesday and they came but half our goods were delivered. Then we also asked for the items to be assembled the delivery guy said they don’t assemble and we paid for assembly. Then the guys says the other half of our order will be delivered with someone else. We called the courier and they don’t know where it is and also why not on one delivery. I will never go to this store again. Now I’m sitting at home waiting for the courier to decide to send our other half of the order and that’s if they find it. In my opinion they should just all go for customer service training. This is really disgusting. The courier company should close and just stick to some other form of work. They are literally dragging Mr price through the mud. If I could give zero stars I would.
