I'm so disappointed with the customer service I received today. People who arrived at the shop after me where assisted while I sat. My customer number was called 2 times. I even had to leave the shop without being assisted.

Very bad service - I had two accounts and wanted to cancel one, to my surprise the guy cancelled both of them and I was hit by a R13900 bill because of contact cancellations. Try and call their number right now you not goona go through. I think they put the handset on the site so the phone could stay on the busy tone from Jan to Dec...I think those guys do not listen nor care about customers. Rosebank is much better, they call you and you get them when you call. That is why I don't waste my time going to Festival Mall...They can just close the shop, it is useless...

Didn't wait very long in the queue, although the system and capturing of information was a bit of a lag. The service consultant, Laponty (not sure on correct spelling) was super helpful and efficient. She made the process easy and went out of her way to assist me.
