Aramex is the worst ! Absolutely incompetent! This is really bad , they used to be so well put together. Right now it’s like some sort of mess. How does a parcel get lost within an origin facility! This doesn’t add up ! Not even on the road or at the drop box ! At the origin facility! They tell you they will call or send emails ! They don’t ‘ absolutely incompetence!

Terrible. Sent a parcel over a week ago and still hasn't arrived. It urgently needed to be delivered. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to assist, but when we did they were useless. Apparently there was an issue with the address but they made no effort to contact us to sort the issue out.

WORST! Courier service in SA. I Was notified at 7:30am that my parcel is on the way. My office, the destination of delivery is 8 Minutes away from the depot where the parcel took of. I waited the whole day for delivery and when i call to ask where the driver is they cant even find the drivers number to contact him for his whereabouts. Absolutely pathetic service!

What a bad servirce I have received from this courier. I have been calling and calling them and my parcel is still not with me. Today they sent a whatsapp message to veirify my adress as the driver cannot find it. On monday they said the druve could not reach me, if that was the case, to what adress did that driver came to deliver to?.

This company has no contact numbers (where you can speak to a real person) anywhere i have searched. Their tracking page is very vague... so pretty useless. I guess one just have to wait and wait until they decide to deliver. Avoid them rather.

Too bad I can't give zero stars because that's what they deserve. My parcel has been circulating around their operations facility" for almost 4 weeks now. My every attempt to get info proves pointless because they just brush past their "delays" and say they'll reschedule delivery

Have used Aramex for a number of years now. Lost shipments, which they are nonchalant about it. Aramex has deteriorated to such an extent, that our company is forced to utilise more reliable courier companies.
