Gattino Flowers

We ordered and paid for flowers for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary on 22nd Dec 2018. Unfortunately the proteas we wanted were not available on the morning of the 22nd, and no easy remedy was available in view of the tight schedule. Gattino Flowers, without quibble, provided an alternate table bouquet and gave us a FULL REFUND since they were unable to provide the specified service. This was really impressive - full marks for integrity and (alternative) customer service. I highly recommend Trish and staff, and will certainly use them in future rather than other nationally-touted florists (who previously disappointed us).
