Spec-Savers Eastgate

Amazing experience all-round! I made my appointment on Friday afternoon, received a confirmation call a few minutes later and was helped at 3pm Saturday, according to my appointment time. The store was beyond busy, but the front-office staff were friendly and helpful and the optometrist engaged with me every step of the way! Getting my frames selected and signing off the quote, which was processed through Discovery immediately, also happened effectively and efficiently. Hoping that I will be receiving my glasses in 2 or 3 weeks' time, as that would just enhance this excellent experience! I can see why your store is so busy while the rest of the optometry stores are dead-quiet...

Iv never experienced such amazing service from an optometrist and the staff as I have here at Spec Saver Eastgate, what a wonderful team from Karabo the sales person to Goerge the technician who fixed my other pair in a matter of seconds to Dr Steve the optometrist. 5 stars aren’t enough they deserve 10 and more

The service I received from specsavers was the best. I was around the mall for shopping then decided to stop by specsavers for information about promotions. I met this young gentleman by the name of Karabo, He was so welcoming, Kind and also patient with me. I can say I am definitely coming back for an eye test and also purchasing.110% excellent service 10/10

The sales consultants are passive aggressive.Also, my spectacles took too long to be ready. Otherwise my optometrist was Steven and he was honestly amazing! Gave me my first trial of contact lenses and now I'm in love! I'd probably go to a different branch though next time...UPDATE: Praneil called me to follow up on the review I posted above. He listened patiently and did not hesitate to assist me. I now have my new frame like I wanted initially. Thank you to Khanya, Karabo, Steven and Praneil. From 2 stars to 5. I will be visiting again after all...

I got a really bad deal where I paid a couple grand for spectacles that don't fit me at all, I reported to have them adjusted and the optometrist just bend them which didn't solve anything. I will never recommend spec savers to anyone because this is the second pair they messed up.

An arm from son's frame broke and Praneal had it fixed for me. I was really impressed. Praneal is really one of a kind, he is fantastic...An excellent optometrist. It is because of Praneal that I have become a loyal Spec-Savers client. Eastgate branch (Praneal) is highly recommended.

I recommend the service I got from Steven,Karabo and George the Technician in your Eastgate store they were very friendly helpful and had answers for my questions I give them 100% for their customer service they gave to us and my daughter , this made me to tell my family and friends about the good service we received in your store well done guys .
