Had a very poor experience with Stanley's today. My wife and daughter bought stuff separately and paid separately. Upon looking at the slips it was found that they had been overcharged. For example a highlighter was marked at R9.50 was charged at 19.00. So one slip was overcharged by R79. and the other by R28.This is totally unacceptable. I wonder how many ppl have been overcharged over a period of time. So peeps plz check your slips.They did refund the overcharges but no apology.

Extremely helpful staff. Haven't really experienced such good service before. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.Went to print a card, they went out of their way to help me.Need stationary or printing done? I'd suggest you give them a try!
