I was impressed with the friendliness of Bradley and Justin - the delivery team.I also want to complement Adrian who helped me with my online order. He was simply exceptional in that he over delivered. My order where out of stock and he was prepared to replace it with a product more valuable - I cannot recommend his customer service enough!

We received excellent service from Mattress Warehouse Bellville. I actually made an online purchase and then tried my luck phoning the branch. Adrienne was MOST helpful and ended up recommending an even product since the one I ordered was out of stock. The delivery team was incredibly friendly - thank you, Nilton and Abrin for super fast delivery, in time for us to still stick to our plans and be on time for our appointments. Adrian helped us select the bed to our comfort and budget.Bradley and Justin called prior to delivering the bed and called again when on route, even offering to set it up.Matress Warehouse is the full experience.This was a warm welcome to the Capetown retail.

Buying a mattress was a great experience. Was kept informed whole time. Delivery by Bradley an Justin was great too. They called me the morning to say they are out with my mattress and messaged me before arriving. From buying to delivery it was a great experience, recommended.

I'm very impressed with the service I received from Wassiem.. he kept me.well informed about the stock availability of the mattress I purchased and when it can be delivered. On delivery day (which was today) Justin and Bradley kept me in the loop of my delivery and delivered my mattress in the time frame they specified which i really appreciated. Excellent service! Now I just hope I chose the right mattress for my son... Will have to wait and see.
