The owner of this company, Prince, offer such bad service and I definitely do not recommend it.Their response below says it is because the rat problem hasn't been sorted out. How do they know that if they haven't been there to ascertain that. Blame shifting is not how you resolve matters. The machine wasn't fixed in the first place, that is why I requested the machine to be removed and accessed at their workshop.

Purchased a drum lifter for 3 times less the quote i got from Bergens. And its the exact same drum lifter. Got it in good time and my washing machine is back to normal again.

Diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes and three months later dish washer is still faulty. Spent R650 call out and R1500 on parts and the same error message is still appearing. Would not use them again.

No follow-up on the job that was done, there’s someone by the name of Mavern, so unprofessional and rude. The fridge was said to have been fixed on the 03 Feb 2023, till today (23 Feb 2023) it’s still not working. Call out, and replacement part charges were paid for.

I called them and they arrived in time. But the technician did not inspect the oven properly and sead that the PC board is faulty because of wear and tear but the oven is only three years old. The oven stopped working after loadshedding. They couldn't find the fault and blamed it on wear and tear. Very bad service.
