Your staff on the floor and at the tills are unfriendly and has a bubblegum chewing attitude! The senior overlooking that staff, I can see why the staff has this attitude because you present the same manners, train your staff properly Clicks we as consumers are paying their salaries I don't know why this cocky attitudes are evens allowed

Staff at cosmetics -that are supposed to assists you attacks clients publicly for unfairly. I witnessed a disturbing incident at the cosmetic isle , and all I can say to clicks is to work on customers service.Miss N should not work front house.

Lousy service. Rudest pharmacy assistant I've encountered. A pity I must make my e bucks up at Clicks.

The store is clean and efficient with pharmacy and tills always having sufficient staff in duty.

Had the pleasure of getting my first jab of Pfizer from Clicks George (pick n pay shopping centre) The staff is amazing and Jacques the head pharmacist is always super helpful and knowledgeable. By far one of my favourite Clicks' in SA

I have tolerated poor service from this Clicks branch for once and for all and feel I have to comment now to help you to improve,hopefully.Your staff in general is not that friendly,but that is ok,your big problem is at the check out points.There is often not enough cashiers on duty and people are called to action once the queue is nearly at the door.Surely there is a beter process to manage the queues,as the majority of your clients are senior citizens and really battle to stand for long periods of time.The worst is the reaction from the staff if you friendly refer to the slow service,you are made to feel like a criminal.Today again,2 tills open,we were 6 people in the queue before help were called.All the people in the queue commented on the consistent poor service which should indicate to you that there is a problem.I mentioned my experience to a friend and her comment shocked me..I've stopped shopping there months ago

Excellent variety of goods available with a very efficient pharmacy where you can shop in store after taking your queueing ticket. They call out your number and you go straight to the counter to be attended even during your shoppingSaves a lot of time.

I used to love shopping at Clicks. But over time the service is awful, the queues are so long with far to fewer cashiers present. The prices don't match what is rung up at the tills. One has to check your till slip to make sure the promotional items get taken off your bill. They have also become very expensive, people think the buy 3 and only pay for 2 is good value. Going again. Shop around for prices. Now and again you may get a good bargain. But not always.
