This business is a joke.. 8 months to sort out a back window.. And even still job wasn't completed properly.. Poor workmanship.. Had to beg to complain to a manageress, whom couldn't give 2 hoots about her customers..literally canceling my dial direct policy just so I don't ever have to see these jokers again. That manageress is destroying your business.. Get rid of her...would not recommend to my worst enemy

My car was booked in for hail damage repair a month ago. My car was not ready on time even though i was told to come in to collect. Only after several complaints did the matter get dealt with. Theres a lack of communication and information to the client and service delivery is very delayed.

Dropped off my vehicle for some Body repairs and Paintwork.Received Excellent service and advise from a very professional and experienced team. The vehicle was ready in a week with a flawless paintjob! Highly recommended.

'Bad service' does not begin to describe this place and I deeply regret taking my car there. The owner didn't even come out to assist me. The staff dont know anything when your car suddenly develops an issue while it's there for repairs. Do not take your vehicle there if you value it and you have the option to go elswhere, rather go elsewhere. I went there twice unfortunately and i really wish i hadn't.Update: The owner just called to threaten me because i told the truth about how awful the service here is.

Good attempted service but empty promises and poor first time workmanship. Then the owner also made some empty promises to fix the poor workmanship. I couldn't get my car out of there faster.

I wish I read the reviews before agreeing with my insurance company to send our vehicle here for repairs. Apart from the poor customer service, they were also dishonest with feedback provided to my insurance company when I queried the progress of my repairs. 100% not recommended.

Worst service that i have ever received from a panel beater. Also logged a complaint with my insurance. The paint peeled and they stole the strips from my door panels and blamed me for giving the car like that to them. The manager vikesh or vikash has no customer skills he is uncultured and screams at his staff in front of customers and customers. He makes the receptionist do all the dirty calls and doesnt make any effort to treat the customers with care. If you value your vehicle dont take it to them as they dont care.
