They have a terrible cold calling/outbound sales policy and an equally bad way of managing their call list.Received 13 calls (no exagerration) in one day a month ago, it is 11:55AM as I write this today and we have already received 5 calls.The fact that this company (which works in the IT industry) does not have a database/sales management system is a pretty damning indicator of the quality of their service - which is probably the reason why they are now resorting to cold calling.

You will be hounded by scripted call centre agents trying to sell you Jaspers services. If you can't even manage a call centre queue to ensure you don't call the same person more than once how do you expect to manage a client's hard earned marketing budget or build their digital face to the world?
