Pick n Pay Sinoville

The worst Pick n Pay EVER! I only shop there because it is the nearest to my house.On a busy Saturday there will be 2 express tills open( only 5 items per person allowed) and then magically there is only 1 (yes 1) till open for the rest of the customers with more than 5 items. Cues for ages. Bad bad bad service.

Visited in 12 May'20, prices still differ between shelves and cashier. Had to go fetch shelve tag again. Specials on table were called a new lockdown word, see attached photo!

Worst Pick n Pay ever, definitely not up to standard. Roof is leaking on customers and overall very dirty. Always long queues at the tills and very rude staff. Also look at expiration dates because food are not fresh at all

I ll drive further but I will NEVER set foot in this shop again!Unfriendly staff in general.But that is their problem , I can live with that..But today incompetance was added:Items where advertised on the shelf, @ the tills it was the normal priceI told her that it was advertised @ set amount.Her reply : show me the paper."but then the papers were removed.I spoke to the 'manager ' But she just reply it was old ads.That is fine but remove old ads before the public starts to shop!"

This is a horrible PnP !!! There aren't really great ones, but this one is really terrible!!! No stock on they're products, useless and arrogant staff. All this after renovating the place, definitely not for the beter !! Avoid this place !!!

Honestly I had the most dumbest conversation with the manager there, man cannot even comprehend logic. Apparently there is a special rule in this shop where you cannot return unopened cigarette with the same barcode within minutes. My nephew bought cigarettes less than a few minutes he was back to return them. I don't really care about a cent, it's illogical decisions I don't accept. Finally I realise why this shop has such bad reviews. most in the area have learnt to use Spar or Checkers. Imagine having to argue with someone about something you bought tens seconds ago, lol comparing it to underwear a sealed box with an expiry date plus a barcode bought using a card. Lol so please keep those cigarettes sell them for free. This shop always has the dumbest self contained rules. Train your managers this guy is just a walking wall. Wait this is on me anyways I decide to use this shop after years of not using them.

Dislike this shop so much. Everytime I go I regret it hoping something has changed. Going because its near home. Long queues, staff is unfriendly and busy talking to other people. The store is not very clean and you struggle to find prices on products. Even the scanners at tills sometimes dont work.
