I have no problem with the work that they did but I did not receive a quote for a call out fee of R300 which should have been given to me upon quoting but was just added to the bill !

I have been using Magic Carpet Care for a number of years now, and I still am so impressed with their professional service as well as the top quality service they provide. The wonderful thing is that this is a REAL dry carpet cleaning service, when they are finished you can walk on your carpets. They are also able to remove stubborn stains, Thank you Shane and Team for a job well done!!

Magic Carpet Care cleaner a big carpet and a mattress at our house in Somerset West. They came 2 hours after we called them and did a very thorough job, removing stains and melted candle wax. The carpet was dry anc could be walked on 2 hours after they left. The mattress was dry the next day. They were very professional and followed Covid-19 safety protocols. They were also respectful and friendly. I would recommend this serviceTheir quote was affordable and they did a great job.
