I was helped by the gentleman Grant in this Cell C store. The service and assistance from back office is pathetic but Grant tried his utmost best to assist and resolve my issue. Send them a mail 24 hours ago regarding a transfer of contract - no one has bothered replying to my mail as yet - no follow up! Been triyng to call their office : answering machine says all staff busy and will call" back as soon as possible : still waiting! What kind of customer service is this? Only causing fustration from a client's point of view and will have to consider other options in terms of future contract : who wants to chase and chase all day long when you are the one paying! There are always other options available out there-"

Extremely suspicious and untrustworthy service from the staff of this branch. Warning: make sure you record your interactions with the staff at this branch and ask for confirmation of everything in writing because they will try mislead you. My partner’s Cell C contract expired 3 months before we were due to move to the UK and she went to the store to discuss her options. She was advised by a consultant to take out a 24 month contract and assured she would be able to cancel it without any penalty. She had made it abundantly clear that she would be leaving SA in 3 months. The store manager confirmed this. Later, when she tried to cancel she was given a massive cancellation fee (worth more than the monthly instalments of the contract all together). When she queried this at the store the manager said there must have been an error and the sales consultant would be responsible for the fee if he mislead her. The manager promised to contact her to clear up the details but never did and she had to call into the store multiple time over multiple days before she could get a response. The manager then backtracked and told her it was her fault as she had signed the contract (even though she was mislead by the consultant) and that she would have to pay the cancellation fee. Misleading and disingenuous. Beware.

Magdalena thank you to you to go the extra mile for me and take your time.After your male colleague refused to help me and obviously just want to get rid of me as he wasn’t up to helping at all.., frustrating to see the work attitude from some people and knowing that they getting paid the same money then others that are really working, and probably even in a higher position then the hard working people.

Horrible service, I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and I was promised that it would arrive before Christmas as it was supposed to be a gift but it never came, no communication from the staff at all. I had to call on a daily basis only to be told that it would arrive the next day or the following week and then I was to stop calling and checking in I will be called when it arrives. Cell C has lost a customer and along with it 3 long term contracts that I definitely won't be renewing.

Bad customer service. I went to ask for information about their data bundles and prices (in hope of moving from my current service provider to them), a gentleman was assisting me until one of the ladies in the front near the counter butted into the conversation with attitude, telling me that they cannot give me that information, I have to download their app and I have to be cell c customer in order to have access to such information. Sooo this means that for one to know about your services and promotions, one has to be a cell c customer?. Let me rather stick to my current service provider thank you very much.

Been a cellc customer for over 10 years, was appalled by the level of customer service received at this branch. Required a Sim swap and was advised by the consultant to wait 4 hours before inserting into phone, due to death in the family was only able to insert the sim the following day, the sim didn't seem to be connecting to the service provider. When I went into the store the manager informed that the trainee that assisted me forgot to inform me that the sim is ineffective if inserted after 24hours. I was then told that I had to pay an additional R116 sim swap fee (R332 in total for a Sim ) due to the trainees incompetence. Was told that I would be called the following day with a solution to my issue. Have still not been contacted by the manager.Will be switching my self aswell as 100 other contracts in my business to an alternative service provider.

Shocking service to say the least! I have been dealing with this store since 2020 and the store is hardly busy.I have been waiting for my insurance claim for 6 months now, it has been approved 2 months ago and still no phone. When you walk in there the fat staff (most of them) sit on their backsides checking jokes and whatsapp messages on their phones as opposed to be deligated by the manager to do follow up calls like for example sorting out insurance claims for clients.
