Huge, but you have to give way for the forklift vehicles which drives up and down in the shop. Prices are not very cheap only the specials ate worth going there for

They are by far the best for wholesale as well as household purchases on a monthly basis. I buy my monthly grocery from them and also do our stockpile purchases from them. always a bargain on the floor.

Good prices. Sometimes many things out of stock but I definitely do save overall. Have to check prices as some items are definitely cheaper elsewhere but that goes with any store. Managers are friendly and helpful.Please bring sanitizer back for the trolleys... it's very dirty and also, I'm so nervous bringing my kids with for grocery shopping, the workers are so wreckless driving those lifters. Fast and furious like it's a game. Also stacking and storing the crates in the middle of some of isle and then we can't pass with a trolley. It's a big hazard and safety concern that they either going to knock someone or have the crate fall on someone. In recent times I have been scared. There was also an incident where the person on the lifter was blocking the isle because he was busy kissing/cuddling a co worker. Very inappropriate and this too infront of my kids!

Shopping and assistance in the store are great. Cashier and packer not so great. No sense of urgency and using incorrect flavours when barcodes are not scanning. Returning a item will be difficult and stock levels will not be right

A month ago i had a experience as to where ive purchased goods.ive swipe my card it went off in my acc but it didnt reflect in 1ups acc so they told me to swipe again and the same thing happened.eventually i left the goods there and the frontline manager took my number and email address to keep me posted as to what is happening.The next day the accountant of 1up emailed me a paper stating what was happening in the store i went to the bank and a hour later it was reversed in my accountThanks alot to friendly staff and the front line manager who helped me your time and effort its highly appreciated

I have been shopping at 1Up for over 2 years now, we run an NPO and also feed homeless people at 2 safe spaces.I've been very satisfied with their service the staff are absolutely amazing, they really go out of their way to assist and to let you know when certain stock items come in if there were none at the time of your shoppingA great thumbs up to all of you guys at the Epping branchthank you for making my shopping experience less stressfulThanks guys

Always have whatever was advertised as specials. Good place to shop for value.
