This hidden gem has all the stationary and craft goodies that one can need. Loved the very friendly staff and the way they make you feel welcomed. Also, the store is well stocked and I always get what I am looking for. Well done to the staff and management.

Shocking service ! No stock of anything from pens, calculators to files. Totally pathetic. Bought the incorrect calculator and tried to exchange it but they would not allow this and would not allow me to speak to the manager. I spend thousands of Rands at PNA but that will stop immediately.Stay away from PNA Horizon. It is by far the worst PNA store I've ever visited!

They had such a wide variety of Diaries for 2023 and I could not choose. The staff was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the shop

PNA are generally a top class crafts and stationary supplier with a reasonable selection of books. Horizon PNA in my experience ranks well above the average branch, which I would in any event rate highly, so it must get a five star rating. Staff always friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of their products.

They have the largest range of school textbooks, with learning aids including required school setwork books like Shakespeare.They have the largest variety of stationary including paints and art equipment as well as DYI projects. You will find highly trained & professional staff on hand. They have no problem with a return and refund as long as the item is in the condition it was bought in and you return it within stipulated time for returns. A great shopping experience!

A good PNA.The staff are sometimes very helpful. Other times, it feels like you are chasing down staff.The till area is always confusing, so many people by the tills, but so few are actual cashiers able (or willing) to assist you.The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the wide variety, not the customer service.Otherwise, it would've been a 3-star rating.
