User friendly and convenient

Went in to the store in nelspruit. Requested the services from Bianca. Was advised that I would be assisted later that afternoon or the next day. I called in the next day spoken to Bianca which was then advised that they will try and if they cant they will call me to keep me posted. 36 hours later still no call from them. In my opinion Seems like our area is not the type of clientele that they wanna service. Although when we wanted a motor and purchased that they were happy then to assist. People out there pls consider other alternatives as they service at Roos Garage nelspruit sucks.
