I used their online configuration tool , which is excellent. However even though I submitted my “shopping list” twice via the tool for a quote , NO Reply or quote has been forthcoming . Today I visited the Cape Town branch to request a quote in person , got told it’s a big order and they’ll email me the quote by 5pm …. Guess what , no quote …. Time to look for a different brand that’s backed by better customer service

The showroom is a bad example of the products they sell. Lot of the stuff that's on display is already broken.
