Very Disappointing. Damaged vehicle during collection and drop off.

Response time was 10minutes from my call at the break down location. Fast amazing service. Cannot be more thankful.

From receptionist, to driver, to the person managing the accounts, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in an unexpected situation. As a female stuck on a road, I felt safe knowing that the call operator constantly checked in on my well being, and gave me feedback on eta of the driver. The driver introduced himself in a polite manner and even offered me a lift home. This was the complete opposite of what I thought of in the towing industry. The next day, not that I asked of it, their in house mechanic advised me on what my problem is and said that when I take my vehicle for repairs and explained exactly what was wrong so I don't expect any further surprises related to the vehicle. He also estimated what would be a fair price to repair it and how to avoid being bamboozled in an industry that could possibly take advantage of someone who doesn't really know the mechanisms or prices of vehicle parts. I have their number in speed dial, I will trust no other company with my vehicle or any of my family vehicles either. Thank you Galaxy for making my first incident an easy and non anxiety driven one.
