Paid R850 for a service on my single roller door. All Martin did was spray it 4 times with a can of wd40, door is still noisy, when I asked about it, no, answer!!

Avoid this company like the plague, they took my money and their equipment failed within 3 months. They then point-blank refused to repair or replace the equipment, and I will be taking them to the ombudsman.

Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars ,this is the most incompetent company, the phones don't get answered ,they deliver doors that are not correct ,they then take weeks to actually make the door (incorrectly) and then you still need to collect them yourself ,the receptionist Stefanie is so rude and so unprofessional! Absolutely would never recommend them to anyone!
