My mom and I received excellent service when we tested out beds in the store to decide what exact bed to replace the return one for.The sales person's suggestion was spot-on.Just remember people...When you buy online, you have to return online.We had to return the one we bought online as my dad just had a back operation. The bed we bought online was not comfortable. The return service was quick and a walk in the park.
