Kingfisher Cottage

Such a wonderful place! We will definitely be back.

A very comfortable and clean self catering, 8 sleeper cottage located just before Drakensberg Gardens. It has access to Drak Gardens too, which is a massive bonus.The cottage staff are amazing, efficient and helpful, even bringing your luggage inside. They clean every day and do a great job.The fireplace lounge is a wonderful and warm area to chill and the rooms are spacious and more than comfy.The entire area is kid friendly and offers lots of things to do, not only on the premises, but in the general area (horses, hiking, stream swimming etc).The only drawbacks I can think of is the kitchen is a little small (in terms of space to move around), although private the trees block the view of the beautiful mountains to the front, and as is the case in the entire area ~ cellphone coverage is next to non existence on all networks (this to me was a massive plus as it affords you a real break from the digital world).
